You should book your birthday party at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your spot.

Depending on the package, a birthday party can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  


Q5: Can I bring my own decorations and cake for my birthday party? 

Depending on the package policies, you can bring your own decorations and cake for your birthday party.  


Q6: Are there any food restrictions or options available?  

Each package comes with a selection of different menu items you can choose from. You can also mention your allergies/preferences.  


Q7: Can adults attend the birthday party? 

Yes, adults can attend the birthday party.

Depending on the brand, there are different activities and experiences you can select from.  


Q9: Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?  

Depending on the package, there is a maximum number of guests allowed. It can vary from 30-40 children.

The cost depends on the package selected. Each brand has different types of packages along with different experiences.

Sky Zone:   

Q1. What are your packages? 

Our packages start from 6.5 KWD for 60 mins, 8.5 KWD for 90 mins, 10.5 KWD for 120 mins and an all-day pass 12 KWD, Toddler 30 mins jump (no socks) for 3 KWD, Toddler 60 mins jump for 4.5 KWD 


Q2. Do I have to book in advance? 

No, you can always walk into any of our stores and pay in-person! 


Q3. Am I allowed to bring my child? 

Everyone is welcome! But ages 4 and below must be accompanied by a guardian. 


Q4. Is there an age limit for admittance to Sky Zone? 

All ages are welcome at Sky Zone. To comply with safety standards, certain attractions are separated by age and size. 


Q5. Buy tickets online or in the park? 

To avoid lines and ensure your jump time is reserved, it is best to book online. However, you can also buy tickets in the park, as well as add on time in park. 


Q6. Are socks required to jump at Sky Zone? 

Yes, we sell our patented Sky Socks with our trademark grip on the bottom. They are required while jumping at Sky Zone and you can bring them back on your next visit to reuse as long as they are in good condition.  


Q7. Who can sign a waiver? 

All Guests must sign a waiver online or upon entry to our parks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian. 


Q8. What is included with my jump ticket? 

All attractions are available to enjoy with your jump ticket. 


Q9. What are your Birthday packages?

Q7. Do I need to make a reservation in advance, or can I walk in?  

Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you are considering reserving for a birthday party, you can book online.

Q8. What is your exchange and return policy?

There are no refunds for items you start creating. The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. 

Infunity: 

Q1. What is Infunity, and what kind of entertainment can I expect there?  

Infunity is the ultimate indoor family entertainment center. We offer a wide range of exciting rides, arcades, soft play areas, skill redemption games, and merchandise games, providing an exhilarating experience for the whole family. 


Q2. What are the age restrictions for Infunity?  

Infunity caters to guests of all ages. We have attractions and games suitable for toddlers, children, teenagers, and adults, ensuring that there is something for everyone. 


Q3. Is there an admission fee to enter Infunity, or do I pay for each attraction separately?

Privacy Policy 

Event Terms and Conditions: 

Booking Your Event: 

A signed contract and a 50 KWD deposit of your anticipated event is required to book your birthday party. 

Deposits are not refundable if the party is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the event.  


Party Planning: 

Our Event Coordinators require the selections of your cake, experiences, catering, and event add-ons 5 days before the date of your event. If selections are not made timely, our Event Coordinators will make pre-selected choices based off of the gender and age of the guest of honor.  The default Cake Selection will be a Vanilla chocolate cake. Photos for cake & poster must be sent at least 1 week before the party. No fireworks or any other flammable items are allowed inside the party room. Host should arrive 15 minutes prior to party starting time.  


Final Payment:  

The remaining balance for your event will be charged on the same day as the event. Any additional charges, including last-minute requests or additional guests, will be charged at the conclusion of the event. 

Additional Hour:  

There may be another event and end times. If you would like to discuss a longer party, please let us know in advance. Your event coordinator can help make arrangements and review any additional fees with you. 

Food & Beverage: 

Outside Food or beverages are not allowed to be brought in by guests.  We offer a delightful menu from which you are more than welcome to order anything for your event. 


Food Allergies: 

Kindly inform us in case of any food allergies to take the necessary precautions 


Property Damage: The host signing this agreement must be in attendance on the day of the event and is responsible for any damage caused to the property and the orderly conduct of all attending the event. Any damages incurred to our premises, fixtures or equipment will be charged to host. The host agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the function room or any other part of the site by the event invitees, employees, independent contractors, or other agents under the host 's control. Our company will not assume or accept responsibility for conditions beyond its control, damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the room prior to, during, or following the guest's function. To protect our guests, we utilize CCTV in all party rooms.


Cancellation Policy:  

All deposits and payments for the party are non-refundable within 7 days.  


Date Change Policy:  

We can accommodate a date change if the requested date and time are available. 


Agreement: 

By signing this contract, I agree to all terms and conditions set forth by the above proposal.  If I am an agent of the Host, I state that I can enter into this agreement on behalf of the Host. I also authorize Tamdeen Entertainment to charge the above credit card for all expenditures related to my event. Tamdeen Entertainment may charge the provided card for the Initial party deposit and 7 days prior to the event if no other payment option is provided for the remaining balance


Event Terms and Conditions:

Booking Your Event
To book your birthday party, you must sign a contract and pay a non-refundable deposit of 50 KWD.
The deposit is not refundable if you cancel your party less than 7 days before the event date.

Party Planning
You must finalize your selections for cake, experiences, catering, and event add-ons at least 5 days before your party date.
If you do not make your selections on time, our Event Coordinators will make pre-selected choices based on the gender and age of the guest of honor.
The default cake selection is a vanilla chocolate cake.
You must send photos for your cake and poster at least 1 week before your party.
Fireworks and other flammable items are not allowed in the party room.
You must arrive at the party venue 15 minutes before the start time.

Final Payment
You must pay the remaining balance for your event on the day of the event.
Any additional charges, such as last-minute requests or additional guests, will be charged to you at the end of the event.

Additional Hour
If you would like to extend your party by an hour, please let us know in advance. Your Event Coordinator can help make arrangements and review any additional fees with you.

Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
We offer a variety of food and beverage options that you can order for your event.
Please inform us of any food allergies so that we can take the necessary precautions.

Property Damage
You are responsible for any damage caused to the property and the orderly conduct of all attendees at your event.
You will be charged for any damages to our premises, fixtures, or equipment.
You are also responsible for any damage done to the function room or any other part of the site by your guests, employees, independent contractors, or other agents.
We are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the room before, during, or after your event.

You also authorize Tamdeen Entertainment to charge the credit card provided above for all expenditures related to your event.
Tamdeen Entertainment may charge the provided card for the initial party deposit and 7 days prior to the event if no other payment option is provided for the remaining balance.

Additional Clarifications
The deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final balance.
If you need to make changes to your party details, please contact us at least 5 days in advance.
We accept all major credit cards.
